Chris Chann, the Youtuber mostly known for his flatground antics, dropped a part late Sunday night. His channel grew exponentially in the last year due to his regularly scheduled segments. Although he has been skating for quite a few years now, this is Chris' first full part. For Youtube street part standards, this part is exceptional to say the least.
Chris shows he is wizard on ledges as well as the flatground as he does a switch flip frontside tailslide 270 on a ledge skated in Girl and Chocolate's "Pretty Sweet" (0:51). This trick was one of the most surprising as only a few current pros can land them consistently. Later on Chris hits one of the better known Los Angeles ledges over a gap with a switch tailslide 270 heelflip. This clip and a few others seem to be self filmed with a tripod. The ledge slaughter doesn't stop as the 21 year old hits the LA version of Love Park, JKWON, with a hardflip backside nosegrind revert. Chris ends his part with a few forward flip variations, one into and out of a manual and finally one into a backside nosegrind on a ledge. Overall, this was a solid first part for anyone, even for a Youtube star.
