SUPRA FOOTWEAR BEING SUED?

Long Beach native and long time Supra rider Terry Kennedy posted the following on his Instagram just a few hours ago.

Terry parted ways with Supra Footwear around September of 2013. Since then, he's been seen skating a variety of different brand's shoes. In his time between sponsors he has posted pictures of boxes from Nike and even Etnies on his Instagram. In the picture above, Terry claims he is auditing the financial practices of Supra. More than likely, he is upset with his take on royalties. His frustration may stem from the fact that Supra is still selling his most popular shoe royalty free (previously named "The TK Stack") as simply "The Stack 2". Terry seems to be fairly confident his lawyer will yield returns in this audit as he sarcastically wishes the brand a Happy New Year. In addition to TK, two of the brand's fan favorites, Kevin Romar and Nick Tucker, have also recently called it quits. Nick is most likely following in the ways of his new mentor, Paul Rodriguez, and joining the Nike team. As for Romar, only time will tell. 2015 seems like another mysterious year regarding sponsors in the skate world.
